"Poor service poor staff incompetent manager."

I bought a Epson p225 from staples in hull.the printer stopped working after four months. I took it to back to the retailer the manager and his deputy offered to

repair it within four days.the next day staples rang said they would not

repair anything and as the printer itself worked the the wifi did not,and that was epsons responsibility.

this is typical of a shop who does not know about consumers rights,cannot

be bothered to offer any customer service..
