"Rubbish service and customer service poor"

We went in to purchase ergonomic equipment and a new desk! In the Newbury branch the service was horrendous and poor! The only reason I ended up buying it was because I needed a desk quickly had I not I would never have given them my money! Staff were slow, unhelpful, distracted and mumbled! Very poor.
