Called in at staples to get some business cards done,went back a couple of days later to collect,a lady passed them to me and asked me to check them for approval another lady immediately butted in and said their is nothing we can do if they are wrong because we do them in store at a reasonable price and if I wanted them any better would have to send them away and cost loads more,I mentioned that the telephone number on the cards was to small but was not given no option to resolve this so I just same away with 500 business cards which are not acceptable poor poor poor customer service..
