"Bad attitude at Hemel hempstead store"

What a shame that the wonderful assistance I had from your trainee Lisa was completely wiped out by the bad mannered attitude of the other member of staff.

If I spoke like that to anyone I would not have a business

All the other members of staff apologising on behalf of that person and they just get away with it,

Why?

I do not see why I should be subjected to this.

This is not good for your store..
